Part of the "Acqua" collection, they are works with textured surfaces resulting in a remarkable visual impact. Their strong symbolic value is characterized by soft and sinuous shapes forged and modelled by means of fire, then enriched on the surface of the glass by the graphic sign of the cold processing. Through the "Inciso" technique this glass is cold-engraved with gentle colours, refined and subdued. The delicate colours recall the shades of the spring, becoming paler and paler until they are crystal clear; this attention to detail makes the glass all the more precious and beautiful. It owes its name to the traditional container for water used during the Japanese tea ceremony. Its shapes are inspired by the country’s lush vegetation, nodding to the pebbles and water flowing in mountain streams.
