73.1 Pendant Light

The 73.1 shallow canopy is a single 73 pendant fixture with a shallow brushed nickel canopy designed to fit over a new or existing 4” octagonal junction box. The canopy is 116mm (4.5”) in diameter and 7mm (0.3”) deep, which creates a subtle profile that minimises the impact in the application surface. The pendant drop lengths on this chandelier are adjustable up to the specified maximum. The 73 is formed by blowing liquid glass into a folded and highly heat-resistant ceramic fabric vessel. The resulting shape has a formal and textural expression intuitively associated with fabric, which becomes permanent and rigid as it cools. Each 73 is completely unique in proportion, size and shape.

87.1 Pendant Light - 87.1 is a single 87 pendant mounted on ceiling with a canopy available in different dimensions and type. Soda water is used to trap air in a superheated glass matrix, which is vertically stretched and folded back onto itself between pegs numerous times. As the glass cools, the folding motion along the grain of the loop turns the entrapped air into microfilaments that give the piece a pearlescent optical quality.
